Welcome

Join us for our second AEE Meeting of 2020! Phigenics will be presenting on water efficiency opportunities in and it's positive outcomes: water safety, energy efficiency, environmental impact, just to name a few. Please join us and invite a client or colleague.

Topic

Efficiency opportunities optimize water, chemical and energy use in potable and utility water systems while also managing water safety for biological hazards. This presentation will review real-world examples of operational changes resulting in immediate or long-term cost savings. Examples include:

  • Working with water treatment vendors to reduce chemical costs,
  • Employing operational techniques associated with cooling towers,
  • Making operational changes for steam production,
  • Capturing chiller efficiencies,
  • Identifying water performance issues,
  • Discussing the cost to treat steam generation and cooling water systems

You will learn

  • To define a water efficiency opportunity
  • Explain how a water management program can be used to capture efficiency gains in a building
  • Identify where there are potential opportunities for efficiency gains in a building water system
