Welcome

Join us for our third AEE Meeting of 2020 via Webinar. Due to social distancing and guidelines subject to change in Nevada, we will be offering educational webinars until we can meet in person.

Topic

For our June webinar, Ali Sheikh of NV Energy will be presenting on the Nevada Electric Highway. The Nevada Electric Highway (NEH) began as a partnership between the Governor’s Office of Energy, NV Energy, and Valley Electric Association to expand the state’s electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure by placing charging stations at cost-effective and strategic locations, initially along U.S. 95 between Reno and Las Vegas.

In 2015 the GOE started the Nevada Electric Highway with Phase I, connecting Reno to Las Vegas along U.S. 95. Then in 2017, Governor Sandoval led a multi-state effort to coordinate and encourage EV infrastructure development along the major interstates throughout the western region.  Details can be found here: http://energy.nv.gov/Programs/Nevada_Electric_Highway/

Please join us for this very insightful and local-based webinar. Please invite a client or colleague!
