Description

Through NV Energy's schools program, CLEAResult has implemented the NV Energy Smart Schools Continuous Energy Improvement (CEI) program for Clark County School District (CCSD) since 2019. The CLEAResult team will discuss the various aspects of the program with a particular focus on 2020 and the effects of COVID-19 related facilities closures.

Patrick Sippel
SENIOR CEI COACH

Patrick Sippel has more than 10 years of experience in organizational change, project management, and leadership development. As a senior strategic energy management (SEM) coach, he works with organizations to apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management and helps participants drive behavioral and operational changes through a holistic approach to achieving energy savings. The SEM approach is personal and long term and Patrick works with a wide range of customers to implement innovative operations and maintenance programs that drive energy efficiency. He is CLEAResult’s lead on the Department of Energy’s 50001 Ready program and is working with SEM teams and organizations across North America to achieve 50001 Ready recognition.


Pavel Tumakov, MBA 

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Pavel Tumakov has more than a decade of professional project management experience, including seven years of involvement in energy-related projects. Proficiencies include project and program design and management, client relationship management, forecasting, budgeting and data reporting, customer experience and continuous improvement. Pavel manages program implementation to achieve client goals for energy savings, incentive budgets and customer satisfaction. He oversees program staff, project pipeline strategy and execution, and client reporting, as well as engineering work related to SEM. SEM program work includes multiple commercial and industrial cohorts in California, Nevada, Oregon, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
