As developing technologies strive to save money, time, effort, and reduce pollution, CHP holds its place in the spotlight as a practical, energy efficient and fiscally attractive solution.  This "lunch and learn" will examine some recent CHP projects,  how they are changing to meet contemporary challenges, and provident financing paths. Presenters:


Timothy FarkasDirector of Finance

Mr. Farkas, as the Director of Finance and a former public finance banker, is responsible for providing structured financing for new projects and is experienced at managing financing processes for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects for municipal, higher education, school districts, healthcare, and commercial clients.


Jessica Georgescu, Program Manager

Ms. Georgescu graduated from Boyd School of Law (magna cum laude) and is well-versed in environmental regulations, including air quality components of CHP projects. She has extensive experience in developing projects with federal and commercial clients.


JP Hoffman, Senior Business Development Manager

Mr. Hoffman is a business development expert with 20 years of experience in energy related projects around the country. His main focus is on federal projects, but he is often called in to advise on a wide array of asset ownership efforts, including CHP.


Warren Van Ryzin,  Senior Project Developer

Mr. Van Ryzin is a licensed engineer with over ten years of experience in the industry. Warren has personally conducted all facets of energy projects, from on-site auditing through development, design, construction, and ongoing support.
