Join AEE Nevada for a presentation on battery energy storage and the role it plays in our energy landscape. During the presentation, our speaker will provide an overview of current and evolving industry trends with a focus on "Bring Your Own Power (BYOP)". He will highlight the ever increasing need for having power that is always on and always available and discuss carbon neutral operations through the use of fuel cells, solar, and other renewable sources. 

This presentation will be webcast and offer in-person locations for both Northern and Southern Nevada.

Description

AEE is an organization that aims to educate on advances and information regarding energy sustainability and conservation. This presentation will be an overview of how battery storage is becoming an ever increasingly important component to our energy infrastructure. The speaker will highlight current industry trends and look to the near future where carbon neutral operations are more realistic than ever.  

Presenter

David Paik is a graduate of Penn State with a BSEE and holds an MBA from University of Phoenix. He has 16 years of diverse experience from General Electric (now ABB) and over 18 years at Emerson/Vertiv. David has spent the most recent eight months with Vertiv 3-Phase Power. Beyond his professional life, David is an avid golfer and tennis player and has recently embraced Pickle Ball.
